My family arrived in Alberta in the late 70’s as refugees at the time when the economy was in a recession. We moved to Vancouver when I was just three years old, and it took my parents over a decade to save up for a down-payment. My parents worked very hard and made made sacrifices for their four children, and this left me a deep impression.
Now in my career, I help clients buy and sell their houses, some of whom remind me of my parents, the kind of people who made sacrifices. I always feel honored when I can work with people like that.
I have sold over a hundred houses and every experience is unique. That’s why I enjoy my job. It is stimulating and social, and many of my clients and colleagues have become my friends. I am not just a Realtor, I am also an Associate Broker with HomeLife Benchmark Realty. Most importantly, I consider myself a consultant and friend advising another friend in how to make one of the biggest financial decisions of his or her life. I am also a member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Association, British Columbia Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.
I volunteer by being a Big Sister and a director at White Rock Farmers’ Market during my spare time.
